For most positions, we will ask you to complete a skills-based challenge relevant to the position you are applying for to demonstrate your strengths and how you would manage scenarios you might encounter on a daily basis in the role.
The next stage you will conduct an interview with the User / Person who will be your Boss. The User wants to know how you work and what you have done / Results you have done.
You will have the opportunity to meet with Hiring Managers and a range of stakeholders across the business, who will focus on technical, competency and value-based interviews.
The final stage before you join us is that you will undergo a medical check-up which includes a health examination that we have determined at a partner hospital that we have appointed.
